I heart these cupcakes!
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix - prepared as directed
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
dash of salt
6 oz. chocolate chips
Prepare chocolate cake as directed and fill papers in muffin tins 2/3 full.
Cream the cream cheese with sugar. Beat in egg and salt. Stir in chocolate chips and drop 1 rounded tsp. into each cupcake. Bake as cake mix instructs.
